1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment or deposit. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM  |  Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or peak season (festivals like Thai Poosam etc.). Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation.

4. Hotel Policies

  • Guests must present valid government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID) at check-in.
  • Consumption of alcohol and non-veg food is strictly prohibited inside the premises due to the sacred nature of Rameswaram.
  • Any damage to property (furniture, linen, fittings) will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss of valuables, injury, or damage during the stay. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings while visiting the Temple/Agni Theertham.
